It is a tour made for you or your group. There will be no strangers as no others would be allowed to join. Because of this, we have the flexibility to stop anywhere you like for as long as you like, have a coffee break or go even go shopping. This is your tour. Of course all along we will guide you to what are the important things we feel you should see or do.
Tours are rarely canceled. We conduct our tours rain or shine. However, please note we reserve the right to cancel in the event of what we may regard as inclement weather (for example, in the event of a hurricane). We will then do our best to rebook your tour for another day (subject to availability).
We’re sorry but there will be no refunds available. Please understand that when you book a tour, your space is guaranteed. In addition, by booking, keep in mind you have reserved the time of the tour guide that had specifically made him or herself available for your group. Therefore, please plan carefully before paying for your booking!
Your tickets can only be used for the exact date and time for which they have been purchased and may not be exchanged for any other date. Before making your purchase, please review all booking details carefully including your date and the number of individuals who will be joining the tour.
There will opportunities to catch your breath and sit in the many available public seating areas. In addition, while New York City has very few public toilets, there will still be opportunities to use the restroom during your tour.
As this is a walking tour, high heels or flip flops are not recommended! Wear comfortable walking shoes or sneakers. Also make a note of the weather that day, dress appropriately for the outdoors and carry an umbrella if rain is forecasted.

As they indicate, your tour will include a personal guide that will guide you through not only relevant history and culture, but will also include stops for shopping, coffee breaks, general discussions about New York, and stops for eating and even for a massage (food and massage are extras to be paid for by the customer). If you had a good time by the end of the tour, tips or gratuities for the tour guide would be much appreciated! Standard tip for a New York City tour guide is 15% to 20% of the tour amount.
